DAY 4: New Year Challenge - MORE Walk & Dance!
Day 4 of our 7-day New Year Challenge is a 25-minute Walk and Dance Workout with 2400 steps that will get your heart rate up and improve you coordination.
Country Line Dance Workout
Try our takes on the Electric Slide and the Cowboy Hustle and get your steps in with two videos: a tutorial and a fun party with four songs for each dance, two slow and two at a faster pace. About 4400 steps!
