Day 4: Walk & Dance

Day 4 of our 7-Day Get Stronger in 10 Minutes Challenge is a fun Walk and Dance workout that will improve your coordination and teach you some fun dance moves!

The workout features two sets of 3 dance moves each done twice. Each move is done for 20 seconds with 20 seconds of active rest. The workout wraps up with a set of all 6 moves done together!
