Country Line Dance Workout

We’re excited to share our fun country line dance workout two-fer!  Try our takes on the Electric Slide and the Cowboy Hustle and get your steps in with two videos!  (We keep things simple and took out the turns!) The first video is a tutorial and the second is a fun party with four country tunes for each dance, two slow and two at a faster pace.  You’ll rack up about 4400 steps with both videos.

These line dances will work your cardiovascular system, strengthen your lower body, and improve your balance and coordination.
