35 Minute All-in-One Workout

This 35 minute All in One workout includes a Warm Up, Balance Work, Cardio and Strength Work, and Stretching and a Cooldown. The Cardio portion of the workout has two sets of 3 exercises in 30 second rounds, done twice.

The workout can be done with or without weights during the Strength segment.
