This 20 minute Walking Workout will get your heart rate up and challenge your balance. It’s about 1800 steps, more or less depending on your pace. 

This workout features three sets of four exercises, each done twice. This workout features three sets of four exercises, each one twice. Sets 1 and 3 focus on cardio and strength. Set 2 focuses on balance.

Step back, Bicep Curl

Side step, Arm Throw

Set 2

Rock forward and back

Rock side to side

Knee up

Hamstring Curl

Set 3

Diagonal step touch

3 Step side step

Side step, Rainbow Arms
