2022 New Year Challenge - Get Stronger Now!

Kick off the new year with a focus on improving your health! Try our 7-Day New Year Challenge that provides the recommended 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise and two strength training sessions!

The Challenge can be tailored for any level. Just starting out? No worries. Do part of the workouts and rest when you need to. The entire series can serve as a goal for you. By being consistent and building strength and stamina gradually, you WILL get stronger! Another option is to start off with our shorter workouts in the 5 to 10 minute range and do longer workouts as you get stronger.

Note: Since we debuted this Challenge after the new year in 2022, in the videos we mention our New Year Challenge Sweepstakes. It ended on January 17th, but the workouts are evergreen! 😊
