10 Minute Boxing Workout

Let’s get in the ring and do this 10-minute boxing inspired workout that will strengthen your cardiovascular system and work your arms, legs, shoulders, and core. It can be done standing or seated (my mom shows how it’s done in a chair!). It includes: front punches (jabs and crosses), overhead punches, side punches, upper cuts, and hooks. So put up your dukes and get stronger!
