DAY 3: New Year Challenge - Walk & Dance Workout

Day 3 of the 7-day New Year Challenge is a 30-minute walk and dance workout. The low impact session consists of five dance moves in a pyramid format. It will work your entire body, strengthening your cardiovascular system, endurance, coordination, and balance.

Each of the five exercises is done in blocks of 20 seconds; 30 seconds; 40 seconds; 30 seconds; and 20 seconds. The walk and dance workout is about 3000 steps, less or more, depending on your pace.  Some of these moves will show up in future workouts so you’ll get good practice!
