20 Minute Step & Strength

In this beginner step workout, you'll improve your cardiovascular health and build lower and upper body strength. There are two sets of five step moves with two upper body strength training breaks. 


Here are the five step moves:

Toe taps

Basic Step

V-Step (Wide-wide, narrow-narrow steps)

Knee Ups

Hamstring Curl


Upper Body Strength break #1; Single Arm Rows

Upper Body Strength break #2: Bicep Curls


This workout can be done without the step as well. If any of the moves are too much, just march in place or do a move that feels comfortable.
