30 Minute Walking Workout #118

This workout has three sets of 4 exercises each done twice. Each exercise interval is 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest. You don’t need any equipment for this workout. But if you’re ready to challenge yourself, pick up some light weights. I use light weights in the second round of each set. This workout includes about 3000 steps, more or less depending on your pace.
