Turkey Trot Workout

Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy the holiday and all of its treats! But balance it out with our Turkey Trot walking workout that will burn calories and build strength.

 

This 25 minute walking workout features two different sets of 5 exercises each done twice. The exercise rounds are 40 seconds each with 20 seconds of active rest.
