Build strength and have fun with our 10 minute Toilet Paper Workout. You don’t need a gym or heavy weights to build muscle at home. We use a six roll package of toilet paper weighing 2 pounds 10 ounces. (1.19 kg) But you can also use a 2 or 4 roll package for the weight of your choice!
