5 Minute Boxing Workout

Let’s get in the ring and get stronger in 5 minutes!  This workout is perfect for beginners or seasoned exercisers needing a quick energizer! It can be done standing or in a chair.

The five exercises are:

  1. Punches (jabs and crosses)

  2. Overhead punches

  3. Upper cuts

  4. Hooks

  5. Side punches

Make this workout your own and go at your own pace. Build speed gradually and use light weights for more challenge.
