Mom’s Day Workout
Happy Mother’s Day!
In honor of moms everywhere, we’re excited to share a special Mother’s Day workout. This 30 minute low impact indoor walking workout consists of six exercises in a pyramid format. It will work your entire body, strengthening your cardiovascular system, endurance, coordination, and balance.
Each of the six exercises is done in blocks of 20 seconds; 30 seconds; 40 seconds; 30 seconds; and 20 seconds. The walk is about 3000 steps, less or more, depending on your pace. A warm up and cooldown is included. It is perfect for seniors and beginners. Need a more challenging workout? Increase the tempo or add light weights.

Step out and press
Step back and punch
Heel touch / one arm raise
Step and press
Side step /double arm swing
Side step / pull back
