yes2next Turns 1!

This month yes2next turns 1!  Thank you for all of your support and being part of the journey! It is a true honor to help you stay active and healthy. To kick off the celebration, we invite you to walk down memory lane in our new video, which shares highlights in the last year.

We’re celebrating our birthday with a fresh new look. Our sun logo symbolizing positivity and joy has been updated and we spruced up our website to go along with it. Among its new features is our Free Workout Videos page that categorizes our videos under easy-to-use headings.
