25-minute Intermediate Cardio & Strength Workout

Powering through yes2next workouts and ready for more challenge? Try our new Intermediate Cardio & Strength Workout with April! (Aiko and Mochi take a break and sit this one out.)

In this workout, you’ll do exercises to strengthen your cardiovascular system and build muscle. It features three sets of four exercises - each set done twice. You can do this workout with or without weights.  April uses 3-pound and 5-pound weights. But feel free to pick up some water bottles or cans.

Exercise Set 1:

  • Squats

  • Reverse Lunges

  • Side Lunges

  • Ab Pulldowns

Exercise Set 2:

  • Fast Rows

  • Fast Feet

  • Flys

  • Step Out/Ins

Exercise Set 3:

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Standing Twists

  • Hamstring Curls

  • Step out Press Downs

April does this workout solo. Aiko (and Mochi!) sit this one out.

Always go at your own pace and tempo. If this workout is too difficult, do it without weights, slow down the tempo or try our beginner workouts and build up to this one! If this is easy for you, make it more challenging by increasing your tempo or adding more weight.
