In this NewsNation interview on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2024, April and Aiko shared two exercises seniors can do everyday to improve posture and prevent falls should do everyday.

They demonstrated the Chair Stand Up (or Sit to Stand) targeting the lower body and core and the Pullback targeting the upper back to improve posture. Both exercises will help prevent falls, the number one cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries among older adults. Aim to do 1 to 3 sets.
