Day 5 Anniversary Challenge: Gentle Stretching

Congratulations on making it to Day 5 of our Anniversary Challenge! This week, you worked on your balance, strengthened your upper and lower body, and got your heart pumping with a walking workout. Good job! 

To reach the finish line of the Challenge and reward you for all of your excellent effort, we have a gentle stretching session. The moves, which are inspired by Tai Chi, will help stretch your muscles, work on your coordination, and relax your mind.  They can be done any time of day -- as a post-workout cooldown, as an afternoon break, or relaxation before sleep.

This workout is the finale of our Anniversary Workout Challenge, which includes a special sweepstakes to win a yes2next t-shirt.  Here’s how it works:

👉  On each of the five days this week (Monday-Friday, May 17-21, 2021), we posted a new workout video. Within each video, a Secret Word was displayed. 

👉  Jot down all five Secret Words (one from each video) and submit them along with your name and email address on our Anniversary Challenge Entry form

Entries must be submitted via the Anniversary Challenge Entry form by 5 pm Pacific Standard Time, Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Winners will be announced the week of June 7, 2021.
