Day 3 Anniversary Challenge: Upper Body

Happy hump day!

Day 3 of our 5-Day Anniversary Challenge will strengthen your upper body including your back, arms, and shoulders. The exercises can be done in a chair or standing. Another benefit of this workout is that it also engages your core since you have to stabilize yourself to do the moves!

We do two rounds of 7 exercises - 10 repetitions for each.

Here are the exercises:

  • Forward punches

  • Rows

  • Arnold presses

  • Tricep extensions

  • Shoulder raises

  • Goal post in/outs

  • Hand rolls

👉  On each of the five days this week (Monday-Friday, May 17-21, 2021), we’ll post a new workout video. Within each video, a Secret Word will be displayed. 

👉  Jot down all five Secret Words (one from each video) and submit them along with your name and email address on our Anniversary Challenge Entry form that will be activated on Friday, May 21, 2021.
