5 Minute Upper Body Workout
Our 5-minute upper body workout will exercise your arms, shoulders, and back — muscles that are important for good posture. This workout is a good introduction to exercise for seniors or beginners of any age or a perfect break for experienced exercisers. Increase the challenge by adding weights! It includes a warm up, 5 exercises, and cooldown.

Rows
Pullbacks
Tricep Extensions
Bicep Curls
Alternating fast rows
