Beginners Start Here!
Do this 10-minute Walking Workout, aiming to incorporate it into your daily routine for 5-7 consecutive days. If a full 10 minutes seems daunting, that's perfectly fine! Begin with just 1 minute and gradually increase your duration each day.
Celebrate your progress and the consistency of moving every day for a week. Take a moment to reflect on how your body feels and acknowledge the accomplishment.
If you find that you need more time to familiarize yourself with the routine, stay with it until you’re ready to move on.
Once you feel confident, consider advancing to more challenging workouts, such as our 7-Day 10-Minute Workout Challenge and 30-Day Beginner Workout Plan. Find more plans using our workouts here. The key is to listen to your body, progress at a comfortable pace, and take pride in the commitment to your health.

Challenge
If you’ve been exercising for awhile and ready for more challenge, our 7 Day Intermediate Challenge may be just the ticket! Delve into a variety of Intermediate workouts curated from the yes2next library, featuring invigorating cardio/walking sessions and empowering strength training exercises.
Kickstart each session with our refreshing New Year 10 Minute Walk as a warm-up, do the suggested intermediate workouts, and add more if you want a longer session.
Extra Credit: Drop in a balance workout, chair yoga, tai chi stretches, or other stretching sessions to add serenity (see suggested workouts below)
