Mom’s 1-Mile Walk

Mom takes the lead on this 1 Mile Walk at her pace. This fun stroll is about 30 minutes with about 3600 steps. It will burn calories and strengthen your cardiovascular system at the same time. The 30 minute workout at Mom’s pace features 30 second rounds of moves that engage your upper and lower body with rounds of 20 seconds of active walking rest. 


This workout can be done as a high intensity interval training workout by ramping up your pace during the 30 second intervals. For more challenge, add light weights to some or all of the moves. I use 2 pound weights for some of the moves.
