This fun fitness challenge is all about seeing how many reps we can do in 30 seconds and how long we can hold an isometric move. It’s a great way to test your strength, endurance, and focus — while having a few laughs along the way.
💥 The Challenge: 30 Seconds of Strength
We picked four simple yet powerful exercises that target major muscle groups:
Repetition Round (How Many Reps Can You Do?)
Sit to Stands (or Squats) – Builds leg and glute strength for everyday activities.
Push Ups (Wall or Counter) – Strengthens your chest, shoulders, and arms.
Tricep Extensions – Tones the back of your arms.
Overhead Presses – Strengthens shoulders and improves posture.
60-second Isometric Hold Round (How Long Can You Last?)
Plank (Standing or Wall Version) – Builds core stability and balance.
Glute Squeeze or Squat Hold – Fires up your legs and glutes.
Bicep Curl Hold – Keeps those arms working and shaking (in a good way!).
Each exercise lasts up to 60 seconds — so it’s short, fun, and a little competitive! You can even grab a friend or family member and see who can last longer or do more reps.
