We love the holiday season and all that it represents – giving, kindness, precious time with family and friends, and joy.
The holidays can also be stressful so it’s important to take time for self-care. Stay as active as you can and find ways to calm your mind. We invite you to try our new Holiday Walking Workout. It’s a quick 17 minute video that we hope energizes you. The pace is a little faster than many of our videos. But the most important thing is to just move at your level, enjoy the music, and have fun. We love your company! Don’t worry about doing all of the moves, just keep moving!
