20-minute Intermediate HIIT Workout

In this high intensity interval training workout, you’ll do exercises to strengthen your cardiovascular system and build muscle. It includes 5 exercises, each 30 seconds, repeated 3 times. No weights are needed.
Let’s HIIT it!
Here are the five exercises :
Basketball jumps
Front and and side jumping jacks
Skaters
Shoulder taps/mountain climbers
High knees/step backs
Always go at your own pace and tempo. If this workout is too difficult, slow down the tempo or try our beginner workouts and build up to this one! If this is easy for you, make it more challenging by increasing your tempo.
