15 Minute Beginner HIIT Workout

Try our new 15 minute HIIT workout! One exercise is added to each of 5 rounds. Round 1 starts with 1 exercise and Round 5 has all 5 exercises! Each exercise is done for 30 seconds with 30 seconds of rest.
Here are the exercises:

✳️ 2: Butt kicks and pull back
✳️ 3: Skater/Arms up
✳️ 4: Step Forward/Back Arms Up
✳️ 5: High knees/Squat
