Special Anniversary HIIT Workout

We’re thrilled to share a major milestone with you—yes2next is celebrating 5 years of movement, motivation, and community! What started as a simple idea to help people stay active at home has grown into a global community of seniors, beginners, and folks of all ages who are committed to living stronger, healthier lives—one step at a time.

To celebrate, we’ve created a special anniversary video that combines a little nostalgia with a lot of movement. You’ll hear some behind-the-scenes memories, see just how far we’ve come, and—of course—get in a powerful HIIT workout that’s designed with you in mind.

HIIT + Strength Training

This isn’t just a celebration—it’s a full-body, feel-good workout that’s fun, effective, and totally doable at your own pace. Here’s what’s in store:

💥 HIIT for Seniors & Beginners
You’ll go through 2 sets of 4 energizing exercises, each done for 40 seconds and repeated twice. Think of it as short bursts of movement with a big boost to your heart health, coordination, and endurance.

💪 Strength Break Between Sets
After your first HIIT block, we’ll switch gears for a 3-move strength training session. No fancy equipment needed—grab water bottles, canned goods, or dumbbells to add a little resistance. This part focuses on keeping your muscles strong and your bones healthy.

🚶‍♀️ Rack Up the Steps
Depending on your pace, you’ll clock in around 1800 steps during the full video! It's a fun way to stay on track with your daily movement goals.

A Heartfelt Thank You

We couldn’t have reached this 5-year mark without you—our amazing community. Your support, your comments, and your dedication have made this journey truly special. Whether you’ve been with us since the first video or just joined last week, we’re honored to be part of your fitness routine.

Let’s keep moving forward together—with purpose, with strength, and with a little bit of joy in every step.
