Sukiyaki Recipe

My mom said that my grandmother used this recipe in the Oriental Cookbook as a guide since it was very similar to the sukiyaki her mom made. I love this dish because it has lots of veggies and can be totally vegetarian if you prefer. We use chicken instead of beef. The book was first published in 1970 and is still around.

Note: the title of the book is dated, but the recipes are great.
